By accessing the website or visiting the venue, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or visit the venue. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about our restaurant and poker lounge. This includes browsing menus, reviewing poker table availability, and contacting us about dining or events.

• You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt its operation.
• All content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Fortune & Table and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
• You may not use any automated system to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the website.

Reservation Policy

Reservations are recommended for dining and can be made via our website or by phone. We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the booked time. Please inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.

• Dress code is smart casual; we reserve the right to refuse entry if attire is inappropriate.
• For groups of eight or more, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
• Special dietary requirements should be shared when booking so our kitchen can prepare accordingly.

Venue Conduct

We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Disruptive or abusive behavior may result in removal from the premises.

• Smoking is prohibited indoors, including in the poker lounge.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Please supervise children at all times and keep walkways clear for staff and other guests.

Poker Lounge Conduct

The poker lounge is a social space for enjoying offline poker. All participants must adhere to fair play and respectful conduct. Poker sessions are for entertainment and social interaction only.

• No form of gambling, betting, or wagering is permitted.
• Players must follow the instructions of the poker lounge staff.
• Chips are provided for gameplay and have no monetary value.
• Seats at poker tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless a session has been booked in advance.

Poker Table Etiquette

When using poker tables, please handle cards and chips with care and respect other players. Do not mark or damage cards or chips.

• Keep the poker table area clean and free of food and drinks.
• Mobile phones should be silenced during poker sessions.
• Refrain from discussing hands in progress or giving advice to other players unless invited.

Event Bookings

Event bookings are subject to availability and require a deposit to secure the date. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event.

• Final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior.
• Any damages caused during the event will be charged to the booking party.
• All event menus and room layouts must be finalised at least 5 days before the event date.
• External suppliers must be approved in advance by our events team.

Limitation of Liability

Fortune & Table is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or venue. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

• We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen on the premises.
• Participation in poker sessions is at your own risk.
• We are not liable for any illness or injury resulting from your visit unless caused by our negligence.
• Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
